Admire Frank Lloyd Wright’s designs blanketed in winter snow. Then, enjoy time to browse Mason City and Clear Lake’s unique specialty shops for holiday treasures.

Afternoon

Tour the Historic Park Inn Hotel, the last remaining hotel in the world designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, lovingly restored to its 1910 glory. Wrap up the day with a visit to the iconic Surf Ballroom & Museum, where the music lives on. Explore the history of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. “The Big Bopper” Richardson, and relive the magic of their final performance.
